Summer programme NAKED DRAFTS
Newington Dance Space presents Naked Drafts Residency platform, offering dance makers and performers an exciting opportunity to work together in an open and educating atmosphere. The aim of the Residency is to build a both way benefit, where individuals can develop their interactive and collaborative skills. Over a 4 weeks period starting from 21st of July six emerging, cutting edge choreographers will be delivering workshops, presenting their working methods and developing a scratch of an idea, which will lead into a work in progress showing at the end of the Residency. Newington Dance Space is launching a new resident dance company open to dancers with a fair experience in contemporary dance or physical theatre. Company will build a new repertoire and present work at venues throughout Britain & Europe.

Newington Dance Space offers monthly open evenings for emerging choreographers and dance companies, amateur or professional, to present new works or work in progress in an informal and relaxed environment.
