Work in Progress/ Sharing |

Newington Dance Space offers monthly open evenings for emerging choreographers and dance companies, amateur or professional, to present new works or work in progress in an informal and relaxed environment. A great opportunity to present new work, add a DVD to your portfolio, network with other artists and possible further collaborations with the Newington Dance Space.
Next available dates are on 24/08, 20/09 and 25/10 performances starting at 6pm.
Breakdown of the event: 1. 1pm-5pm Rehearsals (roughly 1 hour each but details to be discussed and confirmed with companies in advance).
2. 6pm Presentation of 4 works, each followed by a discussion.
3. 7:30pm Refreshments and opportunities for informal discussion, feedback and networking between artists.
4. 9pm Studio closed.
The cost of £10 per work (to be discussed depending on the company's circumstances) will contribute to the costs of the studio and includes up to 1 hour rehearsal in the space and a DVD of the evening.
Each open space will also offer tickets to public for £3.
The space has 64 square meters.
