C-12  is a company that creates highly dynamic theatre work through a fusion of dance and physical theatre.  The C-12 Open Class is an opportunity for those interested in dance and fitness to work with a new and exciting company.

The classes will be taught in a C-12 style, which includes contemporary technique with a fusion of various dance and theatre techniques.  The class aims to improve fitness, technique, co-ordination, balance and confidence.
