Terms And Conditions

All services purchased from Newington Dance Space must be proceded by the applicant acknowledging, by the way of completing an online application form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from the participation. 

All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or a guardian. 

To register or purchase from Newington Dance Space online booking system, you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Children Dance Classes and Courses

Clients can cancel any booking for a course of dance classes with 7 or more days notice and receive a full refund. If the cancellation is within seven days, clients will be offered a credit or a transfer to another course or workshop. Once the course or workshop has started there is no refund or transfer.

We reserve the right to cancel a course if necessary. Any client who has booked a place will be given a full refund.

Holiday Workshops Creative Mash

All cancellations must be put in writing and emailed to info@newingtondancespace.com. Where a booking has been paid for by the parent before a cancellation, a refund will be payable off:

100% with up to 10 or more days notice

75% with up to 3 days notice

0% with up to 1 day notice

In case your child is ill during the duration of the workshop, you will be offered a credit or a transfer to another course or workshop. 


Credits

Any credit with us is valid indefinitely, and can be used for any product or service we offer.

Newington Dance Space’s Data Privacy Policy 

Newington Dance Space takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We only keep the personal information of our clients in order to provide our services to them. 

The data collected is the following: 

First and last name, mobile phone number, email address and date of birth. 


All data is held on the Mindbody Online remote server with password limited access. 

Clients are able to access their own data through our website and update or change it as they wish. 

This data will not be passed to any third party. 

It is for NDS’s internal use only to enable us to communicate with our clients. Clients can unsubscribe from receiving our marketing information by emailing us. 

All staff with access to the database receive induction on the appropriate use of data.
