Lucia is a 16th Generation Descendant of the Wudang Xuan Wu Pai, and she teaches Taiji (tai chi) , Qi Gong (chi kung) and basic skills from the Wudang Gong Fu curriculum to people in the London area. Her mandate is to condition the body through cultivating internal strength.

Lucia has studied taiji and other internal arts since 2002, including long stretches of full-time study in China with her master, Yuan Li Min (to whom she became an official disciple in 2010). She follows the Chinese method of training; mastering the basic skills before progressing to the higher levels. One has to be fully acquainted with the bottom in order to reach the top.

Lucia’s Gong Fu Family are currently taking Wudang Gong Fu from the mountains of Wudang and spreading it further around the globe. And so she started from her little corner of the globe, England, London, Stoke Newington (N16).
