Create a new foundation for better fitness while being energised from within after birth. Gentle and nurturing yoga sequences designed for women who want to regain their overall fitness.
Yoga helps heal the deep tissues of the body after birth as we release tension, stretch, restore and build strength intelligently from the inside.

Yoga can help us deal with the challenges we may face after birth as well as aiding sleep and giving mothers precious 'me time'.

Suitable for women from 8 weeks after a natural birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean section. There is a creche where we will take care of babies from 0-2 years.

Yoga is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby during pregnancy, it beautifully and gracefully supports the changing body.
Classes offer a holistic program of breath work, relaxation, fluid postures, movement, voice work and meditation to suit all stages of pregnancy from 12 to 42 weeks.

Yoga enhances general and emotional health through pregnancy and gives us valuable tools we can draw on during labour and birth, it is the ideal exercise for pregnant women and is widely recommended by midwives and doctors as a way for expectant mothers to keep mobile and fit.

You can try out a taster class whenever you want!
